Translation, affirmation and legalization services

Certified translation is the official translation of a legal document or of any document that must be accepted in a legal situation. They are a kind of translations that retain the same legal value as the original document.

The asseveration statement only validates the perfect conformity between the original and the translated text, so this last one has the same legal value of the original.

Asseverations are mandatory when a translation must be used for administrative, governmental or judicial purposes.

The legalization process allows to verify and certify the authenticity of the document or the official’s signature. Legalization is done with “Apostille” if the country in which the document will have juridicial value is a member of Aia’s Convention or with simple legalization if the country is not a member.
