The work regulations concern the rights and duties of workers and employers, such as the fixation of a minimum wages or social benefits.

Labor law is a set of rules that discipline the relationship between employers and workers.

This set of rules takes care of the main aspects of the employment relationship.

For example: worker must conduct a paid and voluntary work, how many hours for a working day, the protection of worker’s health and social benefits to be corresponded to a worker in cases such as his illness or dismissal.

In Spain, the main rule that regulates the rights and obligations that derive from an employment relationship is the Royal Legislative Decree n. 2/2015, 23 October, which approves the revised text of the law on the workers’ statute, which has undergone changes for adapting this law to social reality.
