The Lostia Pace International Law Firm
derives its strength from the convergence of two complementary legal and cultural traditions, embodied in its founding partners: Mr Gianni Lostia and Mr Rolando Pace, Abogado
United by a shared vision of the law as an instrument of justice, protection, and intercultural mediation, both have pursued distinct yet harmoniously converging academic and professional paths, which together endow the Firm with a truly transnational profile of excellence
Our values are linked to our work that is oriented to a constant improvement and development of the skills of our Team (on the law applied on a specific foreign country, so to avoid incurring penalties) with offices in London, Las Palmas and Rome. The quality of our proposal and our specialization is a guarantee for our customers and a sign of our passion practicing our profession.
With an over a decade-long experience in Anglo-Saxon law, Mr Lostia has forged his professional career in London, the very heart of the common law tradition, through a constant dialogue with British institutions and with the dynamics of international law.
His mastery of Comparative Law and his legal advisory practice across several Member States of the European Union have established him as a jurist of international standing, able to combine the case-based reasoning of the common law with the systematic approach of the continental civil law.
His specialisation in Canon Law further enriches his professional profile, enabling him to provide legal assistance to ecclesiastical institutions and religious entities in both patrimonial matters and in their relations with civil and canonical authorities.
A profound connoisseur of Spain and its legal culture, Mr Pace brings with him over forty years of familiarity with Spanish society and many years of professional practice in the Spanish legal system, with his principal seat in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he conducts his practice before the local bar.
His academic background, developed between the University of Camerino in Italy and the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, enabled him to acquire a dual legal competence – Italian and Spanish – further reinforced by his membership in the“Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Las Palmas”.
The convergence of the founders’ experiences has given rise to a professional project that integrates the richness of three major legal systems and their emblematic cities:
● London, the historic capital of common law, a global hub for Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence and international arbitration;
● Las Palmas, a strategic crossroads between Europe, Africa, and Latin America, a vital centre of Spanish law and forensic practice in the Canary Islands;
● Rome, cradle of Roman law and of the civil law tradition, as well as seat of preeminent legal and academic institutions.
Thus, the Lostia Pace International Law Firm presents itself as a juridical and cultural crossroads, able to provide counsel and representation with academic authority, technical rigour, and intercultural sensitivity, transforming the complexities of globalisation into opportunities for legal protection and success.
